What makes Events By Macy's 'Day Of' package unique?
Our 'Day Of' services start the day of your countersigned contract so we can get started as early as you want!
- Initial consultation to discuss client(s) vision and services provided by Events By Macy, LLC
- Unlimited phone and email communication from date of the countersigned contract through completion of the contract
- Assist with creating the ‘Day Of’ event schedule with client(s)
- Review contracts with other event vendors (client(s) are responsible for booking their vendors, approving and signing vendor contracts and making vendor payments)
- Vendor communication will begin as early as needed and determined by Events By Macy, LLC (from date of the countersigned contract, client(s) can include Events By Macy, LLC’s business email on vendor emails)
- A month before the event, Events By Macy, LLC will start checking in with vendors regarding the timeline, if not done so sooner
- A week before the event, Events By Macy, LLC will contact vendors to provide them with the official event schedule
- Set up and break down personal decor
- Oversee setup and breakdown of vendors
- Coordinate timing of event as per client(s) agreed upon ‘Day Of’ event schedule and communicate with on-site vendors regarding updates, inventory status and announcements
- Coordinate rehearsal walkthrough
- Serve as ‘Day Of’ point of contact for client(s), vendors and guests
