No two events are the same so all packages are custom built based on your needs!
We are based out of Roanoke, Virginia but we travel all across Virginia and up and down the east coast!
Full Planner + ‘Day Of’ Coordinator
All ‘Day Of’ Coordinator services PLUS
- Budget management
- Vendor research, consultation setup, appointment management, vendor meetings via phone/Zoom call or in-person (attend walkthroughs, tastings, etc.) and overall communication point-of contact (client(s) are responsible for booking vendors and making payments)
- Oversee full event design including decor and floor plan to reflect client(s) vision
- Oversee and assist with full decor setup and breakdown (does not include: setting up and breaking down the tables themselves, ironing linens and washing dinnerware. Please see ’ADD ONs below.)
- Assist with creating the seating chart
- Help track RSVPs
- Help coordinate out-of-town room blocks and welcome gifts

- Event staff to set up and breakdown the tables themselves, clear tables, wash dishes and clear trash

‘Day Of’ Coordinator
What makes Events By Macy's 'Day Of' package unique?
Our 'Day Of' services start the day of your countersigned contract so we can get started as early as you want!
- Initial consultation to discuss client’s vision and services provided by Events By Macy
- Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contract through completion of contract
- Assist with creating the ‘Day Of’ event schedule
- Review contracts with other vendors (client(s) are responsible for approving and signing vendor contracts)
- A month before the event, Events By Macy will start checking in with vendors
- A week before the event, Events By Macy will contact all vendors to confirm services and provide them with the official event schedule
- Set up and break down personal decor (includes place cards, seating chart, guest book, etc. Does not include: setting up and breaking down the tables themselves, ironing linens and washing dinnerware. Please see ‘ADD ONs below.)
- Oversee setup and breakdown of vendors
- Coordinate timing of event and communicate with on-site vendors regarding updates, inventory status and announcements
- Coordinate rehearsal walkthrough (if booked for a wedding)
- Serve as ‘Day Of’ point of contact for client(s), vendors and guests
